The YE5VP series motors are high-efficiency variable frequency speed control motors developed in response to national policies and market demands. They feature high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, wide speed regulation range and reliable operation. Adopting superior electromagnetic design, high-quality raw materials, reliable and sophisticated manufacturing techniques as well as strict testing measures, this series ensures constant torque output at low speed, maintains certain overload capacity in high-frequency ranges, and exhibits strong adaptability to overvoltages caused by high-frequency carrier waves of inverters. Meanwhile, independent fan cooling is applied to guarantee that the temperature rise does not exceed the allowable limit during long-term low-speed operation. The YE5VP series motors can be easily equipped with braking devices, encoders and tachometers to realize rapid braking and automatic control. They are widely used for constant-torque (below fundamental frequency) and constant-power (above fundamental frequency) speed regulation in industries such as textiles, fans, water pumps for flow adjustment, machine tools, chemical engineering, metallurgy and steel, and can also meet the requirements of special fields including papermaking, cables, plastics, packaging, elevators and cranes.
